Why can't we analyse real estate like we do a stock. The answer is lack of data, engineered ambiguity, and lack of investor awareness. Although, there are several platforms simplying search for buying a home, the data is scattered across all platforms. Brokerages are incentivised to not disclose all information to lure more buyers in. We are trying to provide access to Wall Street grade insights and analytics to retail investors.
