The team and I are super excited to launch Resume Generator. While the name may seem boring, the results are not!
Do you remember the first time you helped someone succeed? 🙌❤️
Our story started when a friend requested help to craft a resume. ✍️
The crafted resume got that person a callback and eventually a job. 🎉
And then the downturn hit, and more people were asking for help with their resumes. With every resume created, there was always an honest unbiased discussion about why or why not that individual may be suited for that particular job and what steps were required to improve their chances of a callback or landing a job.
Why?
Because we want them to be successful.
As a result, we took this process plus 30+ years of hiring knowledge and combined it with AI to create a tool that automatically generates a custom resume for every job and provide a resume scorecard and feedback.
The resume scorecard and provided feedback mimics the type of discussion with that individual.
This tool not only allows us to help our friends, but people in general at scale. This is the heart of what we wanted to do and still provide personal constructive criticism of their resume and how they can improve their resume and provide actionable career tips they can take today to improve the chances of a callback! 😁
So, how does it work? ⚙️
We've kept this as simple as possible.
1) Copy and paste your resume
2) Copy and paste job description
3) Generate resume for that job and get unbiased resume feedback ("fit")
That's it!
The tool is in public beta. We apologize in advance that it is a bit rough around the edges, but it works.

@slui love the feedback element of this, having been a hiring manager myself I know one of the biggest challenges in Resume screening is the sheer volume of candidates which aren't a fit for the role. Anything that can help candidates to understand when they're not a good fit (and why) will be beneficial to everyone!
@ali_gordon Thank you so much for that. We know that many job seekers are getting ghosted not because recruiters want to, it's because they don't have the capacity. The sheer volume of applicants makes it nearly impossible for them to respond.
