Respire LYF

All-In-One Respiratory Co-Pilot

Respire LYF is an all-in-one respiratory co-pilot for people living with asthma & COPD. Unlike traditional apps that rely on constant logging and manual tracking, Respire LYF automates much of the process by capturing patterns around cough behavior, inhaler use, sleep, hydration, stress, and environment. By connecting how these factors combine over time, it helps surface breathing patterns that are easy to miss in everyday life.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m one of the makers behind Respire LYF. We built Respire LYF after seeing how exhausting respiratory self-management can be. People living with asthma, COPD, or chronic cough are often asked to constantly log symptoms, triggers, and habits — yet still struggle to understand why some days feel better than others. Most tools treat each input in isolation. Our approach was different. Instead of relying on constant manual tracking, Respire LYF automates much of the logging and looks at how health indicators (like cough patterns or inhaler use) interact with broader health determinants such as sleep, hydration, stress, activity, and environmental conditions. Over time, these interactions form what we think of as a “breathing fingerprint” — a unique pattern that reflects how someone’s lungs tend to respond to different combinations of factors. It’s not about single triggers, but about understanding how multiple signals align across days and weeks. Our biggest shift was realizing that breathing isn’t random — it’s pattern-driven. Respire LYF doesn’t diagnose or treat, but it helps surface these patterns so people can feel more informed, less overwhelmed, and more confident in everyday life. We’d love your feedback — especially on what you think is missing, or what a true respiratory co-pilot should help you understand next. Thanks for checking it out 🙏
