I use almost every day and am very happy it exists and is growing. I like that their focus doesn't stray away with distractions of other possibly useful links. It's really there for you to practice, test, build, and deploy. Looking forward to the future or

Hey PH! We are Amjad and Haya, the founders of is an online IDE wherein 2 seconds you can boot up an environment for your favorite programming stack or language. If you run a program that happens to open a port you've also just deployed an app that runs on our serverless platform. Before reading on, consider giving it a spin, no log-in required, you can play around with your favorite languages and libraries and maybe deploy a toy server just to see how it works (if we don't support your favorite language, tell us and we'll add it). Start here: (If you select one of the frameworks, hit run, a webview will open and that's it you've deployed). We started working on what became back in school where we were tired of setting up the development environment on every machine we wanted to code on. It was at a time where everything was moving to the cloud and we thought that, naturally, coding would follow suit. Because of that's been popular among teachers, students, and more generally people learning to code because it eliminates the oh-so-painful setting up step. However, with the most-recent update -- where you can host websites, deploy web services and apps -- we're starting to see people use it for more serious side projects, small web-services, machine-learning projects, and in some cases production apps. We've been so busy building and shipping that we forgot to update the landing page so it's a bit outdated. If you want to learn more about the direction that we're headed to please read my 1.0 announcement:

Have watched Amjad and Haya build this (from when their project was still mostly used only in classrooms) and wow do they move -- excited to see how the product continues to unfold! #proudinvestor

Great to see this product here @hayaodeh @amasad I admire your mission to make coding more accessible. What has the response been so far, and do you hope to do more work in the education sector?
Haya OdehMaker@hayaodeh · Founder of
@amasad @abadesi Thanks for your kind words and support! People love the new features and the response is great so far. We always love to be the place where kids learn to program, we're working on making that experience even better and easier.

@hayaodeh @abadesi That's a great question. To add to what Haya said: while we want to start better servicing developers, education will always be a big part of -- it's in our DNA, we set out to make it easy for students to learn programming and for teachers to teach it. Besides, watching kids code and build things is too inspiring to move past. If you want to be inspired read our interview with our online hackathon winners, they're 12, 13, 14, and 15 years old:
