Hello! This is my first ios app. After having therapy sessions for a while, I built up a range of tools and exercises to help regulate, and wanted to put them all in one place, and have a way to be reminded to check in with myself, and do the exercisers for self regulation, and finding emotional balance. The app's a collaboration with my therapist, there's a range of therapeutic methodologies chucked in there, from neuro rocking, poly vagal theory, vagus nerve stimulation, EFT tapping. And there's also access to 11 videos, around six and half hours of content! No subscription, no ads! Crazy right! Just a £1.99 one time purchase fee for access to a tool that can help self regulate. I read the comments to some popular apps, and due to the "sort of free" grey area, eg you can download, but you're user experience is diminished with ads, I've decided to never include ads, as ads can dysregulate. The biggest EFT or EMDR app is free, but users say it doesn't help regulate when there's too much ad intrusion. This is an app aimed at giving some relief when dysregulated (Check the guided meditations at least for 6 hours of content, worth the price alone for those hours of therapy!) Or maybe I should have made a therapy app for OpenClaw agents! No data collection, no app tracking, no in app purchases. £1.99 it's a bargain if you ask me!
