When a user asks Apple or Google for a refund on your app, the store usually just grants it, and you lose money you already earned. RefundHalt contests those requests for you. It pulls the buyer's real data, builds the evidence, and sends the evidence for you, all automatically. Works with IOS, macOS, and Android, RevenueCat, Adapty, or Apphud. Setup takes less than 3 minutes

Plugged it into RevenueCat over the weekend and within minutes it flagged a refund request, pulled the receipt and usage data, and submitted a dispute on my behalf. The dashboard makes the whole process feel less of a black box.
A 3 minute setup is really nice for a pain point this annoying. One thing I'd love to see is a dashboard view of every contested refund with the outcome, so I can spot patterns like repeat offenders or specific SKUs getting hit way more often. Right now if it just runs in the background I'm flying blind on whether it's actually saving me money or not.
A dashboard showing the win rate and reasoning behind each appeal would help a lot, even just a simple log of why store reviewers sided with you or not, so you can spot patterns and tweak your refund policy over time.
A dashboard view showing win/loss rates and the actual refund reasons users give would be really useful, so we can spot patterns and maybe fix things in the app that are driving refund requests in the first place.
A solid concept since those automatic refunds really do eat into revenue. One thing that would help is letting us set custom thresholds or rules, like only contesting refunds above a certain amount or from users with repeat refund patterns, so the system isn't fighting every $0.99 dispute unnecessarily.
Finally something that actually fights back on refunds instead of just letting them slide. The 3 minute setup claim is wild but it did hook into my RevenueCat dashboard without much fuss.
