Interesting how you are applying gamification to remote work. Do the points earned convert to something in real life (is it down to companies to decide)? Though I like the gamification aspect, a big challenge of remote working is lack of human, social and casual interactions with team members. How does refro tackles this? Congrats on your launch.

hey, congratulations on your launch. I am definitely your customer. Few features I would love to have in the future. 1. incentivise the achievements (instant bonus on completion of weekly assignment) so we are transparent with our bonuses. 2. Allowing other team members to vote, so I know my team selected their own project leader. 3. Allowing a team member to bid on a tasks incase another member is falling behind or sick at work. kudos to your team.

@sigmund1 Thanks a bunch, Sigmund! I'd say it took around 2 months if I were to track the total amount of time spent on building. I'm a designer and developer, so I built it myself using Next.js (for frontend) and firebase (for backend) Do let me know if you have any other questions 😎
