Few features I would love to have in the future. 1. incentivise the achievements (instant bonus on completion of weekly assignment) so we are transparent with our bonuses. 2. Allowing other team members to vote, so I know my team selected their own project leader. 3. Allowing a team member to bid on a tasks incase another member is falling behind or sick at work. kudos to your team.
