Love the instant perk idea, it really nudges people to participate. One thing I'd want as an owner is a simple dashboard filter to sort testimonials by location or staff member, since with multiple spots it'd help me see which team is getting the best feedback and which locations need a boost.

The QR flow is genuinely smart, way easier than chasing customers for reviews later. Loved that the perk hits them instantly, it actually feels like a fair trade for 15 seconds.
