Most people run coding agents on their own laptops today — and then try to “DIY” isolation (containers, scripts, separate accounts, throwaway machines, etc.). It works for a bit, but it’s messy, fragile, and doesn’t scale across a team. Rebyte flips the model: **run the coding agent in the cloud, inside a properly isolated environment**. You get a clean sandbox per task/project, without turning everyone into a security engineer or constantly repairing local setups. We built Rebyte because the future is cloud code agents — but they only become practical when isolation is the default.
