Paste a Vietnamese property ad, link, or screenshot. Realistiz fact-checks claims on the web, using government sources for legal status and listings for price - never the developer's own pages. Get a cited report, rent/mortgage math, and follow-up chat.

the screenshot upload option is the one that got me because i know i'd never remember to copy the link in time before the listing disappears. knowing me i'd screenshot everything and then forget which ones i already checked.
@therayess Ha, "screenshot everything, forget which ones I checked" is exactly the workflow I had in mind 😄 Every check you run is saved under Recent reports at the top of the page, so you can see what you've already looked at. And if you're watching an area rather than single listings, the new weekly watch report does the watching for you: a short email each week with what's new, sources included.
Update: a weekly watch report, questions on every report, and safer answers
Thanks for the support so far! Here's what shipped this week:
📬 Personal weekly watch report: choose a property type, an area and (optionally) a developer you follow. Every week at 7AM Vietnam time you get a short email recap plus a private link to the full report: official and press news with sources, news about that developer, and reference asking prices. US$2/month or 50,000 VND prepaid, cancel any time with a pro-rata refund: dd.realistiz.com/weekly-report
💬 Ask questions about each report: answers come only from that report. 5 questions per report, or 15 with Plus (US$5/month).
🌐 Automatic translation: switch between Vietnamese and English and the report is translated for you.
🛡️ Safer by design: every AI-written answer now passes a content-safety review before you see it. Reports stick to sourced signals (confirmed by a source vs. not yet confirmed), never price appraisals or buy/don't-buy verdicts.
As always, tell me what you'd like next.
