I met @ryan_poole2 from the 1909 and was really impressed by what he's building at Real Trade! I love how Real Trade is focused on helping realtors, but would definitely love to see a more mobile-friendly product. Any ETA on that?

@darthv83r thanks for signing up and using the platform and the feedback. Yes we have a very exciting way to get brokers to sign up. 1. its free and they make a profile and we import their listings so they get free leads off their content. So no brainer to make a profile. 2. We have this awesome Referal points system if agents/brokers refer fellow agents and they then get value back from RealTrade.

I think the most interesting thing about this company is that they are giving agents the power back from big tech. Companies like Zillow wouldn't exist without Real Estate agents' listing data. @ryan_poole2 What would you say is the biggest value from your POV?

@mohnacky You are correct Zillow became a $27B company off the backs of hard workings agents data. There are two obvious value creations with RealTrade. 1. RealTrade gives the agents control of their data (Aka Listings) and they receive calls directly and can actually build a online presence off of their data unlike Zillow. The buyers and sellers like this as well as they can get questions answered quickly and get the best data directly from the content creators aka listing agent. This is a big value for both agents and buyers and sellers 2. Is our business model. RealTrade does not monetize the platform though selling leads we allow Mortage brokers, title companies, real estate attys, and etc to organically connect with agents for referral business though our social media component they simply pay a subscription fee to do so. Also the biggest part of our model is we are community owned and curated by real estate agents. They can capture the value off their data not only from direct leads but actually shares of stock in RealTrade this is very disruptive. It is the blockchain model where the network owns the network it secures. IMO it is the future of platforms and very disruptive. The agents love the concept and if you are a owner you care more about and promote the platform.

I would like to learn more about how this app can help real estate buyers. I'm constantly monitoring real estate websites lately and turned to santa monica realtor for help. My family and I are planning to move to santa monica and are looking for a large home there. If your app can help me find more attractive offers, I would be insanely happy! Write your recommendations pls

Great first hunt @mohnacky! Hi Ryan! Great to meet you through Florida Entreprenuers, love your passion for this industry and glad to see you got a warm welcome here on Product Hunt. I’m a real estate dabbler, will be checking RealTrade out the next time I’m exploring the market. I definitely see how this can offer a better buying experience for people looking to purchase a home. I would love to see some examples of the social aspects you mention on your landing page. What about me as a homeowner...when I want to sell my home can I list it on RT? Marketplaces are one of the hardest types of startups to build, anyway that the South Florida community can support you let us know and congratulations on the launch!

@mohnacky @mdorsett thanks for the kind words! Yes you can see the social interactions by creating a member profile and following myself realtrade.io/profile/43d724 and some of the other agents. There is some great off-market and coming soon properties plus content being posted on the social feed. We pull all the data for properties from the MLS so if you have your home on MLS it will be on Realtrade :) . The cool thing is you could also have your agent post to RealTrade social and be a great way to generate early buzz for your property. Hope that answers your questions. Thank for everything Miriam!
