Slack originally built this for their own team and found it so useful that they decided to launch it as a public Slack app. Here's how it works:
Once installed, you choose an emoji, and designate a channel. Whenever anyone adds that emoji as a reaction to a message in any public channel, it will immediately get pushed into the channel you’ve designated.
