I am very happy to submit Raydem for your reviewing.
Raydem lets you read the news (a la RSS reader) or browse the web and then tag and rate the concerned public figures (the actors). Your rating affects the public figure's popularity immediately and for good. You can consult the popularity chart and ticker to see how the public figure is faring.
For example:
- you are reading some news concerning a statement from President Obama.
- you can show your support by giving Obama some bonus points (called Rayos).
- if you disagree you can deduct points from Obama (malus points).
- you get 100 Rayos per day and you can earn more as you become active on Raydem.
My ambition for Raydem is to become the platform that gives us, the individual citizens, the best impact on the public figures in a transparent, direct, and measurable way.

This is v0.1 so please forgive the limitations and the bugs.
In v0.1, the RSS reader features are not available yet. So in order to submit a rating, you need to share the content from your mobile browser or app to the Raydem app.
There is an access code available for the first 1000 people: 4532.
Some history:
I have experimented with this concept during the Arab Spring and the US 2012 Elections under different names (Awalator and Opinhub). I reached about 25K registered users with a couple hundred daily actives but I had to shut it down for various reasons. I am taking a new stab at it with a mobile first approach.
