Hey Product Hunt! 👋

I’m Nischal, founder of Radian 🌠. Thank you so much for checking us out 🙏🏻 —we are beyond pumped to launch here today!

Radian is a Figma Design System and React development Library that is completely synced, from components, blocks, to tokens and variables. This is a product we’ve been working on for the past year, and we wanted to share this product launch here.

We’ve built Radian with the sole objective of enabling founders, designers, and developers to be able to ship high-quality UI and frontend as quickly as possible. Our previous challenges while building products helped us shape this library into a more efficient way to build and make sure the design and developed version of the products stay consistent.

We’re hugely inspired by open-code systems like shadcn rather than traditional libraries, but we built Radian with a unique twist:

  • Design System Compatibility: Our team of designers and developers allows us to uniquely maintain both libraries and ensure consistency among all assets and components.

  • QOL Updates: Token consistency, Design System updated for 2026 Figma, Responsive Typography for CSS, and Design System.

  • More Variations: Allow users to have more built-in variations and sensible defaults right out of the box.

  • Plug & Play Approach: Production-ready blocks that work instantly via copy-paste or our CLI.

This is our Alpha release, and we’re excited to be building more and adding to the library! 🌟 We have a massive roadmap ahead—more components, more blocks, real-world examples, and advanced tooling to make building feel like a breeze.

Radian is an open-source library, and we’d love your feedback, ideas, and contributions. 🤝

We’d love to know: What are the biggest headaches you face when building UI or collaborating across teams? 🧠
Thanks for being part of our journey—ask us anything! 👇

Really impressed with Radian 👏

Keeping design and code in sync is one of those problems everyone knows exists, but very few tools solve well. Radian’s approach, an open-source UI kit paired with a React library and real design tokens, feels practical and developer-first.

What stood out to me:

  • Production-ready components (not just pretty demos)

  • Clear mapping between design tokens and real code

  • Strong focus on consistency across teams

  • Open-source, which makes adoption and trust much easier

This feels especially useful for teams where designers and engineers collaborate closely and want fewer handoff issues and less rework. Excited to see how the ecosystem around Radian grows 🚀

Congrats to the team on the launch!

@nikhil_k_c Thank you for the feedback! ✅🙌🏻 Yup, we already have some super useful components like sidebar and charts necessary for all apps in the pipeline. Can't wait to ship those too soon.

Hey Nischal @nischal_kharel ,

Congrats on the launch of Radian! It’s amazing how you’ve tackled keeping design and code in sync such an essential challenge for teams.

I’m curious, how’s the response been so far? Are you focusing on any specific marketing strategies or channels to spread the word? Would love to hear more about your plans!
