I’ve seen how in the last years the playing field for underrepresented founders has become uneven in recent years (structural barriers, glass ceiling, bias, etc), so I decided to create a way for them to showcase their work and a mechanism for them to demonstrate their deservingness.

Providing a platform where talented individuals can showcase their progress, regardless of their background or connections, is a powerful step toward inclusivity and equity in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
