I built RACI.app because I kept running into the same problem: unclear responsibilities. In every project, someone would ask “Who’s actually accountable for this?” or “Who needs to be consulted before we ship?” Existing tools were either too heavy or didn’t fit into a developer’s workflow. So I created RACI to bring role clarity right where teams work—whether in the browser or directly inside VS Code. And of course I built this, because it is fun being a developer. 🤘
