Quiktract makes obtaining “written” agreements and transacting payment easy for person-to-person service providers, buyers and the general gig economy. Solopreneurs can get the protection that comes with a written agreement in less than 60 seconds.

Hi! We created Quiktract because far too often than not independent service providers (freelancers, pet sitters, landscapers, tutors, handymen...) and their buyers don't get the terms of their agreements in writing. Quiktract allows both parties to create and sign legally binding agreements in 60 seconds or less. Quiktract also supports person to person payments so that at the end of the job both parties can transact payment with no complications. We'd love to get some feedback on our efforts to make contracts simple and payments seamless.
