Create unique, scannable QR codes embedded with stunning artistic elements. Make your QR codes a conversation starter with QRCraft. Transform them into striking art pieces that not only store info but also attract eyeballs.
Hey Product Hunt Community,
We've seen artistic QR codes captivating the internet lately, and we realized - why not make these little square codes more than just a practical tool? QR codes are part of our daily lives now, so why not make them intriguing, eye-catching, and fun?
But it wasn't as easy as it sounds. Creating artistic QR codes that are also functional requires an understanding of control net and stable diffusion. You also need a knack for design to craft something that is both aesthetically pleasing and scannable.
Drawing from our experience with Chimpbase.com, we embarked on this journey of creating QRCraft.xyz. Our aim? To simplify the process of creating artistic QR codes and to ensure that every code is not just pretty, but also functional.
The main challenges we faced were:
Ensuring QR codes scan properly - To tackle this, we built a rigorous testing pipeline that uses popular camera apps to verify the scannability of every QR code.
Designing good looking QR codes - This is where Stable Diffusion+Control Net came into play. We had to carefully pick and choose styles that would work across various scenarios. It was no easy task, but we made it!
While we've automated much of the process, the hand of an artist is still involved in ensuring that every QR code is both beautiful and functional. Due to this, we couldn't make the service entirely free. However, for our launch day, we're offering our service for a special price of just $5!
We hope you'll love QRCraft as much as we loved creating it. Looking forward to your feedback and seeing the amazing QR art you create!

Wow. Looks like a game-changer. But the price. Maybe it's fine because it looks like a unique approach for now. But are there any thoughts regarding payment changes in the future? I mean that for 1 or 2 QR codes it is ok. But for products that used QR codes a lot it could be too much. Just a thought.
@george_frigo We heard you George, that is why we changed the pricing to make QRCraft.xyz completely free and just accept donation to help keep up with the A100 costs. Go to qrcraft.xyz/qr and try it now for free. You also can enter your own prompts/styles and have a lot more flexibility over the styles offered
Good to see someone make a simple interface for this!
Can you talk a little more about your pricing model? Feels a little steep given there’s free options to achieve the same goal (e.g. https://discord.gg/quickqrart)
