I found out I had ADHD in July 2025. I set out to craft my daily routine into something that would promote productivity, and the ability to get important tasks done. The issue with ADHD is that without the right roadblocks in place, you will fall into old habits. That was why I built PUCA. To block distractions like YouTube shorts, Instagram reels, or even whole websites. On top of that, I included "HARD MODE" which locks all settings, blocked websites etc. until your custom schedule ends, forcing you to remain focused all day. This has been a game changer in my daily life so I decided to make it available to the public, in the hopes I can help others too.
