I’m launching PublicFail, a directory of failed indie projects, dead startups, and abandoned experiments. After sharing a small MVP, I noticed something surprising: people love reading and sharing honest failure stories, not just polished success posts. Many of us quietly shut products down, bury the repo, and move on — but the hard‑won lessons stay locked in our heads. ​ PublicFail gives those “dead” projects a second life: - Submit your failed/abandoned project and write a short post‑mortem. - Share what you tried, what went wrong, and what you’d do differently next time. - Learn from others so your next launch can fail faster or succeed smarter.
