this product is awesome, just integrated it into our website. as we are constantly using slack in our team, this is the best way to guarantee availability and direct response whenever somebody wants to contact us. currently, the product is not already finished and the docs are a bit limited, but after they extended them, imho this will be the tool of the fut… See more

the concept is logical. live-chat, controlled via slack, so one less system to use. the consumer experience doesn't seem up to the same level of other tools yet though
