I’m the maker of ProposalBuild and really excited to finally share it here.

The idea came from a problem I kept hearing from freelancers and agencies: writing proposals takes hours, and after sending them you often have no idea if the client even opened them or why they stopped replying.

So I built ProposalBuild to make that process faster and smarter.

You can paste a job description or RFP and generate a structured proposal in minutes. After sending it, you can see when a client opens it, which sections they spend time on, and where they lose interest. Based on that, the system suggests how and when to follow up.

There’s also automated follow-ups triggered by client behavior so you don’t have to keep chasing manually.

I built this as a solo project and would genuinely love feedback from this community. There’s a free plan as well if you want to try it.
