This is solving a problem most founders don't even know they have yet. I've been tracking how AI models mention competitors in our space (YouTube growth tools) and it's wild how much traffic is shifting from Google searches to AI recommendations. Being invisible to LLMs is the new "not ranking on page 1." How granular is the tracking — can you monitor specific prompts or just brand mentions?

how do you handle the fact that AI responses are different every time you ask the same question. like if I check my brand visibility today and ask the same prompt tomorrow the answer could be completely different. is the tracking based on averages across multiple runs or single snapshots

AI responses differ, that’s a fact, hence individual snapshots may not be accurate and monitoring over a larger time sample is necessary.
Tracking is based on averages across multiple snapshots. Snapshot frequency depends on the chosen plan, starting with affordable, weekly snapshots with brands who are just starting out and need to get the fundamentals right, like the technical audit.
For more advanced, professional users we offer daily frequency or agency setups which allow to track many brands.
Congrats on the launch, Łukasz. I tried PromptScout for my site and liked the monitoring run.
The competitor appearance rate was especially useful because it makes the result feel less like a generic “AI visibility score” and more like an actual market-positioning signal. I also liked the positioning-by-prompt graph because it shows how differently a brand can appear depending on what the buyer is asking.
The AI visibility category still feels early, but PromptScout made the problem feel concrete pretty quickly. Seeing where competitors show up, where my site is weaker, and which prompts change the positioning makes the monitoring angle feel much easier to understand.

This is super relevant to us. We've been optimizing our airport pages for AI visibility and manually checking ChatGPT and Perplexity to see if we show up. Having a tool that tracks this automatically would save a ton of time. Congrats on the launch, definitely going to try this.

AI visibility is one of the holes in our 2026 marketing stack right now. google rank tracking still tells us a story, but it's an incomplete one, half our category shifted to 'what does chatgpt say'. running the audit today and setting up monitoring for our top buyer prompts. will report back actual numbers after a few weeks of data, that's the only honest signal anyway
