Hey everyone! I needed a straightforward yet social tool to help me stay accountable to my fitness goals. Existing apps were either too complex or lacked the visual progress tracking I desired. Streak Tracking: Maintain motivation with visual charts showing weekly and monthly consistency. Time-lapse Generator: Create personal transformation videos from your check-ins. Gym Location Reminders: Receive notifications to check in when you're near your gym. Privacy-first Sharing: Choose what to share; your data remains private unless you decide otherwise. I've been using Progression with my friends for a while now, and we’re all closer than ever to hitting our goals.
