With our mock interview platform, jobseekers can practice phone screen, behavioral interview, and resume deep dive interview rounds. We support 8 roles so far. We plan to add new roles in very soon. You can have a real interview conversation with the interviewer who will provide feedback on your interview. All interviews are customized for the role and specific job position. For example, you could practice Product Manager Behavioral Round interviews or practice leadership questions for Sales Manager role or practice Resume Deep Dive interview to talk your projects, metrics, challenges, and success and so on. We score each interview with real rubric that is used by most companies who have standard interview process. Both resume review and mock interview run in an isolated environment. We are funding it with other revenue stream of our company. Thankfully, we are in a position to do this ourselves without need for external funding. We have strict data collection and retention policy. You can anonymize your interview by removing your name or also turning off the camera (although we don't recommend it). We do not train models on any interview data. We use real interview rubrics and hundreds of signals to evaluate your performance. Our AI models and agents work behind the scenes in near real time, adjusting the interview based on every answer you give. Once you finish, you get a single consolidated review of how you did and where you should improve. We provide in-depth feedback showing how you did on each rubric and where you can improve further.
