Hey! I'm the founder of Prepair. I've noticed a common challenge among my friends who run companies - they spend countless hours reviewing hundreds of thousands of resumes while building and growing their teams. This process shouldn't be so time-consuming, especially given recent advances in AI technology. That's why I created Prepair with two main goals: To help recruiters screen candidates using AI To help job candidates better prepare for their interviews
