Identify patterns in customer activity to maximize LTV

Predicting LTV and user's future behavior is very challenging, especially to productize since everyone's business may have unique characteristics. Unfortunately, the site doesn't say much and I'm turned off by their strong ask for my information in return for a case study. Tell me more! (otherwise it looks like vaporware) :)
Developing adaptive learning systems is definitely very challenging, no question. We've been spending most of our time working on the core technology and with customers, but a new public site is in the works! Basically, we're taking both in-app user activity and external data sources (things like salesforce, zendesk and stripe) to help companies focus on the customers who benefit from attention at any given moment and to help customers be more successful in their usage.
