Nobody should be on call. Polylane connects your code, infra and observability data, investigates every issue and opens a pull request with the fix.

Polylane for ChatGPT
Launched this week
Polylane brings your production context into ChatGPT. Ask what changed, read logs and metrics, trace dependencies, and investigate issues using your code and infrastructure. Explore service maps, blast radius graphs and issue cards right in the chat, with evidence linked back to Polylane. Install the plugin, sign in, and ask.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
We built Polylane for ChatGPT so you can ask about production without copying logs and screenshots into a chat.
Ask what changed before an error spike, what depends on a failing service, or which issue needs attention first. Polylane brings the logs, deploys, code and service connections into the investigation, with interactive maps and issue cards you can explore inside ChatGPT.
Install the plugin and sign in to your Polylane workspace to get started. You can keep access read-only.
We’d love to hear what you ask it and where it could be more useful. We’ll be here answering questions.
The blast-radius graph is the part I'd want to poke at first — seeing what depends on a failing service inside the chat, rather than jumping to a dashboard, is where this saves time. When an answer pulls from both logs and a deploy, does the evidence link show which deploy each part came from, so you can tell if the log window is from before or after the change?
@jcbuilds we actually give you a full graph showing the relevant metrics as part of our impact analysis :)
Read-only is a good default. The key evidence link I'd want preserved is temporal: for every claim, show which deploy, log window, or configuration snapshot it came from and whether that source changed during the investigation. Otherwise a correct-looking diagnosis can mix states from before and after the incident.
