I built Plumb because I wanted to improve my English without sitting down to “study English.” So I tried something different: what if I could just talk and write normally, and the app helped me improve along the way? That is what Plumb does. You can talk, write notes, capture ideas, or just use it like a normal notes app. Plumb catches your English mistakes as you go and helps you understand them. The entire app is built in Swift and runs locally on your Mac using open-source AI models. No cloud, no account, and no internet required after the models are downloaded.
