Hey Product Hunt👋 Over the last few years I've become increasingly frustrated with the ways you can organise events with friends. Inevitably there's some combination of WhatsApp, Facebook, Doodle, To Do lists, scraps of paper, gift lists, and lots more. Each time you have to either add everyone, or lose some people. I decided to bring all of the key functionality together into one app, to streamline this process and make it more fun. PlanHype was born. And as lockdown is easing around the world it felt like the right time to share it! PlanHype (https://www.planhype.com) is the one app you need to organise every event in your life. Perfect for: 🎁Birthday parties 🏖️Holiday planning 🍻Stag/Hen dos 👶Baby showers 🎂 Children's birthdays 🎅Christmas parties ⚽Casual sports groups And lots more! Realising that not every event is the same I've created modules that you can turn on and off to suit you. There's something to help organise every kind of event: 📣 Announcements - Share important information that you don't want people to miss 💬 Chat Feed - Keep the conversation flowing about the upcoming event! Or don't! Your choice 📋 To Do List - Keep track of everything you need to do to prepare for the event, and check things off as you do them. Choose to share with attendees or keep it to yourself. 📅 Date Picker - Crowd source the date that works best for everyone! 🏅 First come first served - Got a limited number of places available? A few things to give away? First come first served! 🗳️ Poll - Give people a selection of options and get the opinion of the group. Choose a restaurant, a country, a game, a time, a captain, anything! 🎅 Secret Santa - Allocate secret santa pairings for a gift exchange, then add things to your wish list! 🤼 Random Team Selector - Pick a number of random teams for sports or other team events 🎁 Gift List - Add things to your list that you want, for your birthday, baby shower, wedding present, or just you know, because...
