I have 6 years of experience in Product Design, but I found myself feeling stuck. Most educational materials were geared toward juniors, with little guidance on advancing within an organisation or identifying the next set of skills to develop. So, I started reaching out to senior professionals on LinkedIn—and they had so much valuable advice to share! Inspired by these conversations, I decided to organise a conference where everyone can ask questions about their careers and projects. I’ve invited specialists in diverse areas like growth design, user psychology, and strategy to share their insights. My hope is that this event (and many more to come) will help the Product and UX design community in the UK make a lasting impact across businesses and create market-leading products for consumers.
