Pictoks

I was frustrated by how most image generation and editing tools are built around chat. Images are visual, spatial objects, but we force people to edit them through text boxes. If you want to change something specific, like the can on the left, you have to describe it in words and hope the model understands. When it does not, you get a bad generation, and that mistake stays in the chat history, polluting the context and making every next edit worse. That felt fundamentally broken to me. Chat is great for conversation, but it is the wrong interface for visual editing. Images should not be edited by describing them. They should be edited by pointing at them. So I built Pictoks around a simple idea. Editing should happen directly on the image. You annotate, comment, or attach references exactly where you want changes, and the AI acts on that visual context instead of guessing from text alone. Pictoks exists to close the gap between how humans think visually and how AI tools work today. No prompt walls. No corrupted context. Just visual edits where they belong.
