Congrats for your launch! Sounds great for people who do have not easy access to resources or support to practice for such tests. Looking at your feedback example, if I may give my own feedback (constructive tone), I feel a room for improvement would be to give more specific feedback. For sure, it's hard technically.

I've been testing out Penster myself, and I'm quite impressed. It's quick and presents a very clear structure that makes the entire experience user-friendly and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the instant feedback and suggestions, which I feel are immensely beneficial for IELTS aspirants. However, one suggestion I’d like to put forth is regarding the scoring feature. As a user, the scores are what we're most concerned with, so making them more visually pronounced would enhance the clarity. What's more, a future feature that could be truly impactful is showing a record of scores from previous writing tasks. By showcasing my progress, it would significantly boost my motivation and highlight the value Penster brings to my preparation. But overall, I must say, Penster is an app that's making a difference in the IELTS test-preparation space.
