Peekin AI gives B2B SaaS teams two AI voice agents that share one memory across the customer journey. Demo Duck greets visitors 24/7, qualifies them, and books meetings on the spot. Guide Goose then uses that context to onboard new users and resolve support issues before they churn. Sub-second real-time voice, native CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio+), full-funnel analytics, and built-in guardrails: one platform instead of separate demo, onboarding, and support tools.

Great product. Qq- can Guiding Goose take actions on user's behalf (like page navigation, form filling etc)?
@himanshu_bamoria1 Hey Himanshu, yes it can! It can fully act on behalf of the user.
Voice agents for SaaS feel strongest when they become part of the customer journey rather than just another support channel.
Curious—are customers seeing the biggest impact during onboarding, product demos, or long-term support?
@aryan787544 Hey Aryan, during product demos right now is where we see the most lift, about a 20% increase in deals closed.

Congrats on the launch @certified_g!
I love this, I think Demo Duck could be super useful for sales and product demos. How do we train it with our product knowledge?
@shivsak Hi Shiv, demo duck allows you to upload knowledge base of different formats such as videos, PDFs, notion pages, etc. we train demo duck on that so the agent knows the ins and outs of your software!
Hey CG and Victor, I really like your approach I’ve seen a lot of people try to do one of these solutions but I like that yours is a 3-in-1. How do you differ from your competitors?
@onsiteupdates Hey Darwin! Thanks for such a great question. We're about 5x cheaper than our competitors like Supersonik and Karumi, and we charge $0 to set up.
Congrats on the launch, @certified_g !
The shared-memory piece is the genuinely interesting part and I think it's buried under the two mascots - "one memory across demo → onboarding → support" is a sharper pitch than either agent alone, because the silos are the actual pain.
My 2 cents: voice is a big ask as a first interaction on a B2B site. Plenty of visitors won't talk out loud at 11pm in an open-plan office, however charming the duck is. I'd make the text fallback first-class, and have Demo Duck open with whatever context you already have on the visitor rather than a cold "how can I help?" - warm openers convert on a completely different curve than generic ones.
Rooting for this one. 🦆
@yura_riphyak Hi Yura, that feedback is quite valuable, will be considering it for sure!
whats the latency of the voice?
@withkynam <600 miliseconds
