I’m the maker of PartCycle.
This app was born out of a very specific frustration: managing my home's 5-stage RO water filter system. I used to track filter changes with pen and paper, but the ink faded and I kept forgetting to check it. I tried Google Calendar, but I hit a logic wall: Maintenance isn't static.
If a filter has a 6-month lifespan, but I replace it early at 5 months, a recurring calendar event doesn't care. I found myself manually recreating future events every single time. So, I built PartCycle to handle the "Date Math" for me.
