PapersFlow is the agentic, source-grounded research workspace for anyone who works with evidence — from historians and literature scholars to economists, analysts, and scientists. Let Doxa — PapersFlow's AI research co-pilot — run tools (code execution, data visualizations, diagrams, LaTeX composition, inline citations) to turn messy sources into clear, publish-ready outputs.

Hi everyone,
I'm Mohamed, PhD researcher in Computer Vision at Paris-Saclay/CEA. I built PapersFlow because my own research workflow was broken — I had one tab for searching papers, another for reading PDFs, a third for notes, a fourth for running analysis, and somehow had to stitch it all together into a coherent paper at the end.
PapersFlow puts all of that in one workspace. Doxa, the AI co-pilot, can search 474M+ papers across OpenAlex and Semantic Scholar, read full-text PDFs section by section, run code, generate charts and diagrams, compose LaTeX with live preview, and cite every claim back to its source. The hardest part was building the agent orchestration. Doxa routes across 7 specialized sub-agents (research, analysis, writing, critique, synthesis...) that dynamically discover and load the right tools for each step. A single question can chain academic search, PDF reading, code execution, and cited synthesis together seamlessly. Would love your feedback — what would make this useful for your own work?
