Paint Color Match AI

Moving into a house that had been painted and re-painted over 20 years, I always needed to match the right paint to cover scuffs or repairs.

I built an app that can identify paint colors (with a certain degree of confidence) from walls for various manufacturers and show you closely related colors from other paint manufacturers.

The biggest challenge was using AI & computer vision to do a real-time live preview of colors on your walls. The results are solid, but I'm continuing to work on improving them further.
