In 2018, we launched OrderlyData, an ML product that automatically identifies and repairs inaccuracies in healthcare provider directories, ensuring all patients have access to up-to-date, accurate information and reducing the cost and time burden on payers, plans, and administrators.

I have loved using orderly to talk to doctors online - it has saved me a lot of time, money, and worry over the past few months. I look forward to using their bill fighting feature when it's released. I even made my mom sign up!
Pros:Easy to sign up and fun to ask Louie questions. Helps save time and money.
Cons:Early and occasionally get bugs when chatting but customer support is quick.
I was able to get answers so much quicker than a phone call
