We built OptyMacros because most nutrition apps are great at tracking what you already ate, but not as good at helping you answer the harder question: “How much should I eat?”
When you’re following calories and macros, planning a meal can quickly become a math problem. If you add more rice, reduce oil, change chicken, or swap foods, everything needs to be recalculated.
OptyMacros solves this with automatic portioning.
You choose the foods you want to eat, and Opty helps adjust the portions so the meal fits your macro targets. It’s especially useful for messy meal prep and flexible dieting, because you can plan around real portions, keep the foods you enjoy, even “junky” ones , and let Opty adjust everything to fit your macros.
