I'm sure a challenging market to be in with the stigma of getting screwed at every turn Mechanic: "You're gonna need a Johnson rod." Me: "Oh, a Johnson rod. Well ya better put one of those on there." Hopefully more openness and transparency will help

Hi @KristoferTM, you're right. @Openbay customers choose a shop based on 1) location/convenience, 2) customer ratings/reviews and 3) price. Vehicle owners can drill down on details for each category, e.g. see breakdown of parts and labor costs within each shop's proposal. Openbay is working to bring the aftermarket industry online, bring shops new business, and to eliminate the hassle for vehicle owners to comparison shop and book repairs.
