OneScript is a custom-trained AI support agent that learns your website and answers like a real team member. Install with one script. Train on your site or docs. No hallucinations. Human handoff included. An affordable alternative to Intercom, Zendesk, and Drift — with plans starting at $9/month. Built for founders who want powerful support without enterprise pricing.

At $9 a month as an alternative to Intercom this sounds appealing especially for smaller teams. What I am curious about is the human handoff — how does OneScript recognize that a customer is not getting what they need from the AI and should be routed to a person? Because a badly timed handoff is worse than no chatbot at all.

Great Question. Right now OneScript focuses on giving accurate answers from the website’s content first. If the AI is uncertain, detects repeated confusion, or the user explicitly asks for human support, it can trigger a handoff flow.
Interesting product. Does it work well for small websites or blogs too?
@ratul_ahmed6 Yes, it works great for small websites and blogs. OneScript learns directly from the site’s content, so even a small knowledge base is enough to answer common visitor questions. Setup stays the same, just one script.
Congrats on the launch! Curious what inspired you to build this.
@nayeem_ahmed8 Thanks! The idea came from noticing that most website chatbots are basically fancy FAQs with preset answers. Setting up real AI support is usually complicated and time-consuming. I wanted to build something simpler where a website could add a real AI support agent with just one script.
Congrats on the launch! The installation looks super simple. Curious how the AI learns from site content.
@nadiya_fatema Thanks a lot! The AI learns by crawling and indexing the website’s content, such as pages, documentation, and FAQs. That content is then converted into embeddings so the model can retrieve the most relevant information when users ask questions. This allows the bot to answer based on the site’s actual content rather than prewritten replies.
Nice work on the launch! How long does it usually take to get the bot trained on a website?
@lamiya_parvez Thanks! Setup is pretty quick. Once the script is added, OneScript crawls and indexes the website content automatically. For most sites the bot is ready within a few minutes, depending on the size of the website.

@rakib_ahmed23 Thanks! It’s pretty quick. Once the script is added, OneScript automatically crawls and indexes the website content. For most sites the bot is ready within a 30-50 seconds, depending on the size of the website.
