OneCamp is a 100% self-hosted unified workspace for teams. Chat, tasks, docs, video meetings - all in one platform you own. No per-seat pricing. No vendor lock-in. Starting at ₹1499 ($19).

What inspired me:
After 2 failed products, I got tired of paying $100-500/mo for 4-6 separate tools (Slack + Asana + Zoom + Notion + etc.) just to collaborate. The bills kept growing, data was scattered, and switching apps killed focus. I wanted one tool that actually felt unified, cost almost nothing recurring, and I could own/control. So I built OneCamp - self-hosted chat + tasks + calls + docs in one app.
Problem I was solving:
Subscription fatigue + fragmented workflows for small teams/bootstrappers/indies. No one should pay per user forever just to chat, assign tasks, hop on a call, and edit docs. Self-hosting + one-time pricing fixes that.
How the approach evolved:
Started as a simple chat app -> realized teams need tasks too -> added calls (LiveKit) -> then docs (Yjs CRDTs + Tiptap) -> finally full observability (HyperDX) so it's production-ready. Open-sourced the frontend to build trust/community. Backend (Go 1.24) is closed for now, but managed hosting option at launch.
Super excited it's live today!
One-time $19 / ₹1499 lifetime (unlimited users, Lifetime access)

Brutal feedback welcome - what's missing, broken, or confusing? Would love your thoughts on how it fits (or doesn't) for your workflow/team.
Thanks for checking it out!
