Hey everyone 👋 We built Omby because we kept seeing the same thing around us: people struggling with what to wear and sending outfit photos to friends, group chats, even strangers online just to get an honest opinion. There was no fast, objective, personalized tool that actually understood where you’re going and how you want to look. As we started building, the idea evolved a lot. We began with simple outfit feedback, but after thousands of tests, we realized people wanted more than a “yes/no” answer. They wanted real suggestions, alternatives, and a try-on experience they could trust. That pushed us into creating realistic multi-piece virtual try-on and, eventually, our biggest breakthrough: turning a single outfit photo into a full digital wardrobe. Every step came from user reactions — the excitement, the surprises, the “I’ve needed this for years” messages. That energy shaped Omby far more than any plan we had on paper.
