Noon.com is being aimed at being a homegrown, Arabic-first marketplace that offers customers in the Middle East with a real competitor for Souq (acquired by Amazon). Noon.com partnered with eBay to offer customers in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates a way to more easily buy products online from the U.S. and other parts of the world

After having placed tons of orders with souq that have been lost, cancelled after two weeks of calling customer services and even delivered to wrong address (and charging me for the item, still couldn't get my money back to this day). I have decided to try out the newly emerged noon.com. My experience has been AMAZING. They just really really care about the customer
Pros:AMAZING customer service/support. <24 hour deliveries and a an ever extending catalogue of items
