@nirnimes Great question - yes! We handle this in a few ways: License Type: We have single-creation and subscriptions, where the artist is paid to use their likeness on a per usage or at a flat monthly rate. License Term: We have time-limited and perpetual options. All license grants are on the content itself (non-exclusive, the artist retains full rights to their likeness), and the artist can opt out of allowing future usage of the likeness at any time. Preferences: We have a robust set of advertising guidelines governing how any artist's likeness can be depicted. We also have optional opt-out categories like association with animal products or alcohol. Manual Approvals: For select artists, we have a mechanism for them to review and approve all AI-generated content so they can approve/reject the license. This gives them even more control over how they're depicted.
