Looks like an interesting way of shipping special items where you would prefer somebody in flesh to take care and give you the stuff.

I don't really identify with the problem because I'm not purchasing things that can't be found near my apartment or on Amazon. The video on the homepage used two examples; electronics and clothing—but electronics are super easy to get and clothing seems like it's solved as well. Maybe high-end fashion is more difficult to get on the internet?
