Actually this a great question, While tools like Krisp and Intercom are strong in customer support automation, Modulon AI is built with a different core philosophy.
Most traditional tools started as live chat platforms and later added AI. Modulon AI is built from the ground up around contextual AI orchestration like intent detection, sentiment analysis, short-term vs long-term memory handling, and adaptive response logic. And also we prioritize client-level data control and isolated environments. Businesses retain ownership of their data and can control how AI memory and training work.
We’re focusing on a clean lightweight embeddable UX that doesn’t feel intrusive or heavy. The goal is seamless integration whether on websites, dashboards, or even internal systems without bloated UI elements.
