I’m an ex-consultant, and while preparing for consulting interviews I ran into the same frustrating problem most candidates face: finding a good case partner is surprisingly hard.

People cancel last minute. Time zones don’t match. Calendars get busy. And sometimes both of you are beginners just reading frameworks to each other without really improving.

After talking to a lot of candidates, it became clear this wasn’t just my experience — it’s something almost everyone preparing for consulting interviews struggles with.
