I like the concept, not sure about the product/marketing messaging. After reviewing the website it was still unclear what it does. It could be a great solution but probably a lot potential users will miss it because the offering is not clear enough...

Is Mitch a remote team that solves things for you? Is it a remote pool of freelancers? What kind of jobs can Mitch handle? Is it an email personal assistant? What quality can you expect? Is it mainly for existing clients or more interesting for new clients....
All these questions...
