I built Miskowin because I kept seeing the same problem in teams: career conversations were happening, but the documentation, goals, and impact tracking were scattered across docs, emails, and memory. Managers wanted clarity. Employees wanted growth. Reviews felt rushed. No one had a single place to keep everything aligned.
Miskowin is my attempt to fix that.
